i keep getting stomach aches that seem to affect my side and back had GBP ON JUNE 18 im on the puree diet mashed pot blended soup am i doing something wrong

If the pain has been going on for a while and hasn't improved you need to contact the surgeon. You could possibly have an infection and if this is so you don't want to wait to long to make an appointment. Let us know how things turn out.

What is mashed pot blended soup? Is it potato? That could be the problem. I know I am still not allowed to eat potatoes no matter how they are cooked but all doctors are different. I agree with the others who say if it continues go see your surgeon. Remember to eat slow, slow, and even slower. Too much too fast could cause pain. Hope you get better real soon. I am routing for you.

Hi Rich. I am with everyone else call the Doc. I thought it might be the potatoes and it may be but better safe than back in the hospital to treat an infection. Tom
