I am 7 months post up and I'm having stomach pain. I'm not nauseated just pain in the pit of my stomach. Idea?

Is this a common occurrence? Is it something new? This is really a question for your doctor. It could be serious. When it happens to me it's because I ate too fast or too much. Best to tell the doctor.
