Support group seminars online

Hello I'm new to the forum and I will soon be having my surgery in the next few weeks. I'm trying to find out of there are online support group seminars ?

There are, however they are not the kind that is approved by insurance companies if it is requirement for you to attend one, that you will have to do in person, the RN that hold those type of classes will provide you with paperwork and a signature to prove to the insurance company that you've attended and have been given information needed to move forward in your process.
