Surgery on Monday

Hello all...my sleeve gastrectomy is scheduled for Monday. I am nervous and excited at the same time. I just found this sight, and all of your posts are so encouraging. I am ready to feel better and be more active.

Truly, that is the best part. I am so active now and comfortable with it. To go from taking 6-8 Aleve a day just to function to being able to do pretty much anything feels SO good. We just went on a 16 day vacation and walked 10+miles every single day. Not ONE of those days did I need a Tylenol. Or have to quit. I wish you a safe surgery and a speedy recovery.

I know there are lots of posts recently about people going through some things. But, honestly, anything you may have to go through is 100% worth it!!
