I do feel a big difference in my body now. I need to get a tummy control or tummy trainers. I can touch places i have not been able to for yrs. I feels ao good to do so now

While I am in the hospital they are giving me an abdominal binder. I am supposed to wear it for at least two weeks after surgery as they say it will help keep everything in place. I hadn't heard of it before except for a friend that had one after her c-section. I'm really interested to see how it helps. It looks like they sell them at pharmacy's so you may be able to get a prescription from your dr to have insurance help with cost. It's worth checking out!
