I might be asking too personal a question. Let me know if I am. But, roughly how much is spent a month on vitamins and iron?
That sounds great. I did some research at places like gnc, on amazon, walmart and here. Expensive!!I buy Flintstones vitamins, and caramel calcium, so probably about 20.00 a month, much less than all the meds I used to take
My nutritionist gives me a B12 shot every three monthsGlad you asked. My insurance won't cover the ones I took for the 2 months after surgery so I'm going to be in the market soon for some. I have to take massive amounts of calcium due to inactive parathyroid, so I'll stick with what I've been doing for years. But, chewable vitamins would be a nice change. What about vitamin B-12? I need to get sublingual. Tracy, do you take any?

Those caramels are yummy!!!I spend about $30 dollars a month, however that includes multivitamins, iron, calcium, D3, Biotin, ADEK, & B12+ - which are all dissolvable. My doctor also wanted me to add a prenatal vitamin & omega 3, which (don't tell the surgeons they don't like it) I take in gummy form.I do chew the life out of the gummies but they taste great so I don't mind.
I also have the B12 nasal spray once a week that is covered by insurance.
That's about $1 a day to avoid malnutrition, I'm okay with that!
Actually Tracy, now I'm kind of wanting to try the caramel calcium...it sounds good!
I use Flintstones complete and viactive caramel and chocolate chews, and my blood work came back great, I find the viatives online at rite aid alot for buy one get one free so I stock upDoes anyone use BariMelts...would be expensive to buy all types!
Looking for cheaper vitamins that are chewable.
Thanks!
