Weight stuck/gain

Hello. New to the group. I am having trouble getting weight off. I’m stuck. My mobility is limited due to having MS. What can I do to make progression? I’m scared I’m about to start gaining.

I'm sorry about your MS. I was misdiagnosed with that disease once and did a lot of research. I truly feel for you. I don't know what your level of mobility is, but I'd probably focus on small portions of high protein, but would avoid all sugars. Best of luck to you.
