I have a want to eat bad food. So I know I am still a stress eater, working on getting over this.
Today at work gun shots in the parking lot not right in front of us but very close. Someone yelled lock down so we went into lock down mode fast and everyone did what they should have without knowing why we were doing this. Our staff did great!!!
The street was closed by the police and will be all night they said. Our people leave on buses "Sun Van" in our area. I talked to the police he said they would not let Sun Van in. They did end up letting us evacuate - we needed to come back a few times to get all of our people out to another location.
My most stress full part is I had to walk with a member in a wheelchair to get him out of our area. He has an electric chair and not a good driver now I know we went off the sidewalk with only one wheel so getting him back up was not fun at all. But we did!!!. (the fun of being the boss you get the bad jobs)
Had to make a ton of calls some family's are great others are talking to me like i did this or let something happen to the member. We did not let our members know what was going on told them we did good on time and this was a practice.
Now I have my mother telling me not to stay at work late how it is not safe. Well let me tell you I have to have at least 1/2 of the Tucson police in the lot and road so I think I can stay as late as I need feeling very safe. LOL
Sorry to put this on here. I think this just helped me to feel less stressed now I do not need to eat something bad that will only make me not feel well.
Lastly I am not going to do a read over because I still need to get to my Friday work because everyone will want to get paid next week. LOL
