Hi, jlcrimm, Qaterra is right, the only way we are going to get any fiber is to add it to our liquids. Personally I add a little Miralax OTC into my water and sip it each day, it has been a big help. Miralax has no flavor. KarenLB

Thanks that offered support! I am now a week away from my surgery date and it was LAST NIGHT that I realized that I should have started my LIQUID DIET!!!! I have a Dr appointment today. I am wondering if she is going to have to put my surgery off by a week :(
