Would ice cream, sherbet, or frozen yogurt be considered a solid or liquid? I think it may be a liquid since it melts in your mouth, but I'm not sure??

I'm only 5wks post op and I am having no more weight loss. How long do weight plateaus last? I'm only eating 1 egg for breakfast. 1/2 cup of tuna salad for lunch. 1/2 cup of food for dinner. That's it! I'm drinking 64 or more ounces of water. No extra calories. I'm a little discouraged...

Can't drink milk. I had a bowel movement today and cramping is gone. I think I get constipated and my bowels aren't regulated yet? Did it take awhile for everyone or is it just me?

Yes just sipping small amounts. I think I get constipated and get spasms. Idk, hopefully everything settles down.

Does anyone get stomach cramps after drinking water? I'm 3 wks post op and I get intestinal cramping, almost like I'm gonna have diarrhea.any info would be appreciated.

Hi I'm 2 1/2 wks post op from gastric bypass. I see that everyone pretty much has to not drink 1/2 hour before or after meals. My doctor has everyone wait 1 hour after meals. It's killing me not to drink for this long? Any suggestions. It's not me personally, It's just his protocol.
