I am 12 days post op and have not seen any real progress. I went 7 days post op visit and had lost 8 lbs but have not lost anything since. I am consuming liquids and yogurt. I am being mindful of calorie consumption etc. I started back at jazzercise yesterday. Will the pounds come off...
