pouch reset

I am new to the group and looking for info on the 5 day pouch reset. Can anyone give me a link? I had RNY 3/31/15 and have lost 130 lbs. I would like to do a reset. I have not gained any weight back but I know that my diet is not what it should be.

Has anyone done the pouch reset diet? I am 3 1/2years post op gastric bypass. Initially I lost 100 lbs but I have regained 27!!!! I had gastric bypass 3/2013 and then a complete hysterectomy in 7/2013. I think poor choices and the hysterectomy has led to the regain. Really thinking seriously...
