Frothy tummy?

I am almost three years post-op. I still eat stuff that my tummy decides it doesn't like. One thing I've noticed is that my tummy gets frothy, and when it comes up it's foamy. I burp foam. Does anyone else have this issue? (I don't know what I ate that caused it as I've had these foods before - not together- with no issues.)

I used to get acid reflux, but it was nothing like this. It would burn my throat. This doesn't.

Ask your doc. It can still be acid reflux. Burping up anything is often acid reflux.
