Spoke to handyman he guaranteed yesterday i will have working shower toilet and sink (even if I do run out of money to pay him) since i have been so accommodating during his illness. My best friend’s husband just rebuilt her kitchen entry porch, and it was replacing concrete porch. Ugh on the work but it looks great. I say go with trusted roofer recommendation, don’t think you can go wrong there.
