Moist chicken

I make chicken in the slow cooker fairly regularly. The texture works better for me as it is soft and moist. You can add in literally anything. I add salsa, curry paste, chicken gravy .. Whatever flavors you like add. I LOVE good seasonings dry Italian dressing packets. The flavor is great. Also, you can buy ranch packets, so you get all the flavor with none of the oil/mayo etc.

Ground chicken is another great choice. And somewhere in the recipe forum, I shared my recipe for chicken parm patties. Which I personally love, and I never use pasta for it.
