Pain

Anyone else have their gallbladder out at time of surgery or after? I had mine removed when I had my surgery, and I’ve had a lot of pain over the past couple days in the gallbladder region. I have a message out to my surgeons office to see what they have to say. I haven’t had any naughty foods (greasy/sugary). I was a little constipated, so I took Miralax yesterday and that’s helping. I’m on my period, so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it (there’s no such thing as TMI here). Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. I’m trying to stay away from heavy foods to keep things easy on my digestion. I’ve been noticing a lot more gurgling in my stomach and intestines too which I haven’t had since right after surgery.

I remember posting here about the gurgling noises a while back because it didn't start happening right away, probably a few months out. Sounded like that was pretty normal. But as far as the gall bladder, I still have mine. Let us know what your doctor says. Feel better!

Well I think I figured it out. I’m pretty sure I pulled a muscle around my ribs on the right side while I was trying to get my 50 lb dog dislodged from a tomato cage that she dove into chasing a rabbit behind our shed at 3 AM!! She’s pretty, but not smart. I didn’t even consider it because I didn’t feel anything at the time, but I can see how it could have happened. The back of the shed is blocked off again, and all the tomato cages are stacked where she can’t get to them (but that’s what I thought before LOL).
