Love it! And the dress surely weighs at least .5 lb.
Admit I am guilty of agonizing over every tenth of a pound.
We do know all the scale tricks though. I finally got rid of the one I could shift my weight around and make the numbers change. New one is more stable. The other day the battery died during my post working out in the yard for hours weight check, the numbers went crazy and were like 6 pounds lower than what I know I weighed last. After feeling the rush of 6 pounds lost, the display went black and my thoughts turned to a dead batt.
Oh well, now I can just agonize over the .5 I am bouncing up and down with.

I always pick out clothes that weigh the least when I have to go to the doctors office since I’ll be weighed. No jeans and hoodies for me on those days!

I used to turn around and not look at the number on the doc’s scale, and would ask the nurse not to tell me my weight.

Okay I wore shorts and tank top to last weigh in. Will wear the same to next weigh in. Weigh in is this coming week probably Tuesday have phone chat with dietician on Wednesday. Following week bariatric dr with 5 hour drive round trip.

Sounds like perfectly normal apparel, even appropriate for a mid-January weigh-in. Just my style!

Actually in Jan and other colder months, I prefer cuddle duds silky top with a pair of leggings.
