Failure vs struggle

This can be related to the weight loss process before and after or really any aspect of life. My sister posted this on FB, and I found it intriguing because of the message and the word use. It made me think about the difference between struggles and failures. I can see them as the same but not if that makes sense. Like struggles can lead to failure? Failure as something that didn’t work at all whereas struggling is trouble in the process of accomplishing something? I also don’t think there’s anything wrong with either, as long as we’re honest with ourselves and how we come back from both. While I don’t think it’s necessary to advertise our struggles and failures, discussing them with others who are in the same boat could be helpful. I think that’s one of the great things about this group. We’ve all struggled, failed, recovered, and are open and honest to talking about the process.
