What are s Some exercise I can doing bed

I would suggest going on YouTube and searching for "exercises for people confined to bed". I am sure you will come up with something you can follow along. There are also tons of chair exercises you can do, perhaps sitting on the edge of the bed?

Just moving your arms and legs to strengthen them should be very helpful. Remember, start slow and build up. You don't want to do too much only to get discouraged. Perhaps a few short sessions a day is better than a longer one.

Yes to everything Judy said. You can lift your straightened legs, even if it's only an inch. Point your toes first toward the wall and then the ceiling, as hard as you can until you feel that calf muscle stretch. Those are just a few of the things the PT suggested my mom do while bedridden to keep her muscles from atrophy. I'm sure there are plenty of videos to help you along.

Any arm or leg movements would be good. There are some abdominal ones that you can do. There is one where you squeeze your buttocks, look it up on YouTube though because I don't want to give you incorrect instructions. Building core strength will be important for your back though, when you do become mobile, so don't forget to work on your abdominal muscles.
