Welcome Edna. We are happy to have you here! I had some regain recently and started about a week ago having a protein shake for breakfast and one for lunch, some fruit and vegetables for an afternoon snack and then a healthy dinner and it has helped me reset and get back on track. Soon I will probably drop one of the shakes as a meal replacement and just do one shake a day and I'll see how it goes.

We have a thread here called February challenge that you are welcome to participate in. There's no rules, just jot down how you did the day before. Many of us find it helpful to be accountable by writing it down.

Thank you JudyNY. I appreciate your response. Today I had a protein shake for breakfast and Dinner and had some soup for lunch. I am trying a reset first to see if it helps. Tomorrow I will have a protein shake for breakfast and have a light lunch and another protein shake for dinner. Good luck with your efforts to loose your regain. Ednataylor.

Hi, Edna. Welcome to the group. First of all, congrats on your long-term success. That's a lot of years since WLS. If you can stand it (everyone hates this advice) try measuring and tracking your food. Even if you only do it a few days a week, it keeps you honest.
