Good morning beautiful people!
Today is first day post op. I’ve only taken a few sips of water. Anyone have tricks on starting my vitamins? Did you all crush them?

How are you doing?
I had to take chewable vitamins post op, but I couldn't stomach them..so disgusting. I talked to my team and they allowed me to basically not worry about it till 2 weeks post-op when I was cleared for swallowing pills and capsules.

Yeah I had to masch 2 of my vitamins and I had another one that Dissolves in your mouth, I have no pain I feel a little discomfort when I have get up to walk.

Thank for all your support so far I’m doing OK it’s just trying to down my water in my little shake but other than that I’m doing OK and just today my left side started to hurt more than yesterday but I think it’s part of their recuperation and yes I’m trying to get up and walk every 2hour

I have a few Chewable , and dissolve vitamins and that’s what I’m taking the
