This tends to happen a day or two before we pick up our groceries for the week because the fridge is bare and I’ve ran out of protein snacks, fresh fruits/veggies etc.. We travel full time in our 37 ft RV and although we have what’s considered a full size fridge/freezer for RV’s it’s NOT the same as what we had in our house so space is limited. I’ve also come to the conclusion that I need to stop making desserts during the week (my family likes pies, cakes, cookies, cobblers etc) because I think I need it after dinner or sometimes before lol. Ugh, I’m a mess. I don’t gain any weight but I also don’t want to take that for granted either. Plus my body isn’t too happy with me right now. You are what you eat and I’ve definitely been feeling that. Maybe it’s time to change things up and make SURE I don’t run out of the things I need.
