I am so lost. I don't know how to maneuver around this site.
Well I'm no expert on this site but I'll try to tell you how I get around. Up at the top of the pages there are 2 rows of links, the blue row has HOME FORUM GALLERY ARTICLES BARIATRIC STORE.. The brown row has NEW POSTS PRIVATE MESSAGES BLOGS etc... First I hit the Forum tab, then click the thread you want to read. Then when you want to post, click "reply with quote" if you want the original post on your post. Or you can just go down and start writing in the space under the smiley face. On the Forum.. You can click on Introductions or Hobbies or whatever the main subject is and it will show you the previous posts. People post something, then someone else posts something, you may have to go back to find the previous post. Check your Private Messages every so often. From there you can find Friends (click) on the left to see if you have any friend requests or if you want to invite someone to be your friend. Just click everything and that way you will learn about this site. Hope this helps..
