Good morning. Trying to kick start weight loss have stalled out lacing motivation for exercise any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Ok. Ya'll could start of by trying window shopping. I spend at least an hour walking around shopping for things I can't buy. So maybe 10 minutes of that would be actually moving. Then I have to try to make it back to where I parked. Whew!Thanks sound good to me I will work on finding a walking partner have joined gym just got to get there just doesn't seem to be enough time in a day
Your right it was hard at first for me to get moving. But now I enjoy going out for that 45-60 min walk. But then r was told that because i'm not getting enough callories in that the walking is too much right now And that I won't lose weight.
