Welcome!!! I had the sleeve but I hear great results from the RNY. I wish you a smooth journey and wouldn't mind sharing.

Thank you for welcoming me. I just found out today that I don't need another ultrasound or EGD done since I had them about 7 months ago. One more support group meeting and then onto the surgeon.

Hi Diane. Welcome to the group. I'm only 3 months into a 6-month pre-operative program so I'm not even near to being approved for what I hope will be an RNY. I'm happy to hear that you are close to surgery. Although I'm a newbie, I have found that there are many wise and experienced people in this group who can help you along your way through and after your surgery. You came to a great place for help and support. Once again a warm hello to you, Diane!

Thank you for the warm welcome.. it is almost the new year and many good things will be happening. I am happy to say that I maintained and even lost a pound or 2 over the holidays. I have an appointment with the surgeon on January 16 to set the date. Looking forward to it, but also very nervous.Hi Diane. Welcome to the group.
