some advice on exercise

Would like to know what others are doing for exercises and duration. How often do you workout on a weekly basis?
I do simple but muscle burning stretches and walk. I have no idea what each one is called. I use cans for weights. Right now I makeep it to 3000 steps. Goal is 6000 a day. I ecerise daily (jk. I exercise when the mood strikes me) so more like 4 days a week or every other day.
 
I haven't yet. Other than adding the weights soon to start with the strength side of things I've been doing the same routine for nearly 5 months. I did think about changing things up but it felt a little overwhelming because I'm already going through so many changes with my body and recovery, I wasn't sure I would stick with the exercise if I tried to do much, if that makes sense? Thanks for the encouragement!
 
I workout 3 to 4 times a week I do weights,and walking,I can't do a lot cause I need a hip replacement and knee replacement also,but have to lose weight for that first also,but I use a tracker on my phone to track my steps I walk,and it helps.

Way to go on continuing to workout even with your complications. I am adding a little bit of weights and trying to do a few jumping jack, jog, and mountain climbers. I to had reconstructed surgery on my knee years ago, so you are right to take it on a scale of progession you can handle.

Yeah me too. Try to take only one day off a week. But I exercise everyday as well.
