I'm having the same problem but I'm only 2 1/2 years post-OP. I've lost my family support and I am having a hard time. I've gained almost 40 pounds in the last 6 months. Please, need help!I have just join this post a few minutes a go and I have the same question.
Hello Snake- My advice for you is the same as I mentioned above. Depending on your current health and doctor's advice, think about going back to square one. Get back in touch with everything you originally did to lose weight. Lots of protein, water and exercise. It works if you work it!I'm having the same problem but I'm only 2 1/2 years post-OP. Hi snake, I can imagine you are feeling overwhelmed right now. I feel you! From what I have read, it's not uncommon to gain some weight back. You lost the weight before, you can do it again. Make a plan. I would talk to your dietician and follow her advice. Take it one day at a time. Make a food and exercise diary and be accountable. You can do this!!! I'm rooting for you.....
