Today was my youngest sons birthday. He turned 6 today. And I am on this liquid diet. He felt bad that I could not have cake with him. But I had him help me make a protein shake that taste like cake batter and is thick like cake batter. and I was full from half of it. He refused to eat his cake until he knew I was able to enjoy his birthday with him. He even took a sip to make sure it tasted somewhat like cake. After he knew I had something to enjoy with them he ate his cake with no problem. I was proud that I did not even eat cake. My boys had fun and I drink my protein shake. I thought that with my baby cry for me to eat cake I would of but I did not. I had him help me make my protein shake and he was happy about it. You have to love them when they are like that.
