Help

This is a common problem... it is SO hard to try to keep get it in at first. My only advice is just have something with you and sip constantly. I know some people set a timer for every 15 minutes and try to get an ounce in at least every time the timer goes off. Sometimes temperature changes help... I personally did much better with warm liquids or at least room temp, so I would have herbal tea a lot at the beginning (non-caffeinated). I also used the MIO flavors with electrolytes in my water.

I was trying the every 15 minute thing but i steel feel so full from that so I’m not able to do the every 15 mins I’m trying every 30 mins and it’s helped a little but it’s still so hard

I think everybody gets a bit dehydrated immediately post surgery. Tiny sips, micro swallows. I enjoyed sucking on crushed ice / chips; the melt trickle was something I could handle almost nonstop when I was having problems handling a swallow. And yeah, it gets easier / better quickly.
