Wow, I have been so bad as a friend....I havent been on line in sooooo long. Do you have Facebook cause I get on that so much more than this one. I am doing great, I am now 213.....so excited to get in to ONEderland.......I am doing great with food....no more shakes in my world....I cant even look at them without getting sick a little.....I even had a glass of wine....oh how I have missed a drink every once in awhile!! Hey, how are you doing. Me, taking it one day at a time. Feel like I'm one of the unlucky ones when I see stories on here of people eating anything an having no problems. I still have a hard time with belching an it keeps me from eating much. But Dr an nutritionist says I'm doing great an just continue slow an easy. Guess that's what I will do. Take care. Donna

hey there hon!!!! I just had my surgery and I am sooooo happpy.....you are still in the I am hungry weeks......they are forcing me to drink here haha!! I did awesome and i know you will too!!!
