21 months post surgery my daily diet
Breakfast: 2 low fat cheese sticks each have 8 grams of protein and only 70 calories.
from 9 am-noon I drink a 24oz coffee with cream and 1 teaspoon sugar
Lunch: grilled chicken salad with feta cheese and low fat italian dressing
afternoon snack: 2...
So, here I am almost 2yrs post surgery. I have gone from a size 22 to a size 2. My issue is I look in the mirror and still see a fat person. I have not had any reconstruction surgery yet, really only need a tummy tuck. But has anyone else had this issue and how have you dealt with it?
