Hey, I'm 20 years this year and the struggle is real, still! Don't ever let your guard down because it can spin out of control at a moments notice. I've kept my weight off but I am very susceptible to gain. I'm still constantly thinking about keeping it off daily. I make a lot of rookie mistakes still. If anyone has any questions about 20 years later.....just ask!

I am 9 months after surgery. Down 93lb. I am still craving the sugar and chocolate. Each week my exercise is planned on my calendar. This is a huge amount of work but the reward is awesome. It is getting harder as I am getting closer to my goal. Did you find some of your old habits like grazing or night eating... come back? I try to eat at the same times daily and measure my food. Christmas was alot of temptation. How do you deal with holidays? Please share some of your approaches to your success

I do not know it it is from all the medicines I take. I hardly eat anything during the day but late at night I starving I am 72 years old and have arthritis and fibromyalgia the arthritis is is in every joint and with each flair up it gets worst what should I do to get back on tract
I have Fibromyalgia as well... are you on any extended release meds? They don't stay in your system long enough to be effective, and that is one thing I notice that people miss changing quite frequently. I personally switched to Savella from Gabapentin at the end of last year. I have had some success with it - definitely better control of the flares than the Gaba.
