3 months post op

My 3 month check up was today. I had lap band removed, had gastric bypass surgery and an umbilical hernia repair 4/2/19. I started my process 8/2018. Since 8/2018, I have lost 58 pounds and 44inches! Only 33 pounds in the 3 months since surgery. I love the support from this group! It isn’t coming off as fast as I had hoped, but it’s coming off.
Newbies- please remember you cannot compare your journey to others. Some people lost 33 pounds the first month. Celebrate your success and what works for you. May we all get where we want to be!! Thanks for listening.

Thank you for sharing this. A lot of us feel like we should be losing weight faster than we are.
