9 weeks Pos Op! Down 30 lbs. Feeling good, finally saw the dietician who has helped me with meals. I'm now able to get my protein in, 3 meals and most of my water and have lost weight.
A huge fear of mine was once I start eating I'm going to gain. But I am listening to my body and trying to learn that we do not have to finish what's on the plate.
What I am finding is alot of food anxiety I have from my days of anorexia and bulimia are still there. Also trying to not eat when I'm stressed and overwhelmed.
It's still a struggle but mostly because of having to research the brain
