I had my one month check up on Tuesday and everything went great! They didn't run any blood tests, stated they will do that again at my 6 month check up. But they are very happy with my progress so far. I have started soft foods (and the best part.... I love eggs now!), I started back to work yesterday, and I am still getting in at least 3 miles a day. For my three miles, I am now jogging two miles consecutively and walking the last (which the last time I jogged was in junior high). I was completely drained by the end of day yesterday, and am at that point now even though I know I still have 3.5 hours left at work. This new lifestyle is a complete adjustment but it is worth it. I am almost to my weight loss halfway point and I have never felt better. I was able to do all of my house cleaning in one swoop this past weekend instead of having to take breaks every so often to rest. And after doing my measurements, I am down 30 inches total since mid July! I couldn't believe it! It is the hardest thing I have ever done, but there are no regrets to be seen. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I know that it is possible and the light at the end of the tunnel is getting bigger and bigger. Now, if I could just convince my boss to get a few cots/beds in the office for periodic naps then life would be perfect
