Hello everyone!
I had Gastric Bypass in 2006, since then I have lost 140 lbs. However, I have had 3 beautiful children. Yes, I was told not to have children after having surgery! I was also told I would never have children, but I guess the powers that be had different plans.... Anyway, I have retained the "baby" weight and would like to loose it again. I am back up to 190 and need to loose the 50 stubborn pounds. I do get exercise in with 3 kids under 4, but do not get to go to a gym like I use to! Is there any advice I could get to help me out some. I was thinkin of goin back to the beginning like I had to do when I first had the surgery done?????PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hi Kimmie! WELCOME to the Forum!!!

Go back to your basics as in the beginning. Go on your liquid protein drink for a few days to shrink your stomach. Then eat like you did when you first were allowed food. You can do this!!!
