Air fryer?

I use the heck out of my Instant Pot. I found out that there is an air fryer lid that Instant Pot makes:

Do any post-op folks use air fryers? What kind of dishes do you fry in them?

I love my Air Fryer, I have tried so many things. You can cook anything from meat, chicken, baked potatoes are the best in the air fryer.
Of course pseudo frying, making a light crust and just air fying a chicken breast is great. I have a fried chicken recipe I have not tried yet, it is from Tricia Yearwood. Any heat and eat things will get crispy in the Air Fryer, like egg rolls or samosas.
I would suggest considering the size of the device. Original ones were 3.4qt, now they go much larger. The combo Air Fryers/Indoor Grill are cool, but confuse me a little. Think the larger fryer would be better, I get 3 one half chicken breast in my little 3.4. I want a new bigger one.

I have an instant pot that came with the extra air fryer lid that I bought for my daughter on a black Friday sale. The whole unit was the same price as just getting the air fryer lid alone! But she was intimidated with it and she gave it back to me. Now I have 2 instant pots but there's time I use both at the same time so I don't mind.

The air fryer lid is nice but I haven't used it as much as I thought I would. Maybe I just need more ideas of what to make!

I use the air fryer everyday. I do not use the oven in the summer at all. I even put the air fryer outside so I do not make the house smell or get hot. (Tucson summers) I do salmon in it 3 times a week. LOVE My husband will even warm up left over pizza better than the microwave.

My kids use our air fryer more than I do because they aren’t allowed to use the oven without supervision, but they can the air fryer.

I went to Sam's Club this afternoon & got me an air fryer. $99 for an 8 qt Power XL. Can't wait to use it once I've "graduated" to solid goods in a month or so. I'm going to try pureed next week, for a few weeks before the soft foods etc. I might experiment with the air fryer on my husband (aka guinea pig!)

I've had a Ninja Foodie (Pressure cooker/air fryer) it works pretty good but I used it maybe the first year we had it. I just keep finding myself going back to using my pots and pans simply because I like to try a lot of new recipes and they typically do not include the use of an air fryer.

A simple way to make some tasty Jerky is ground beef, Jerky gun and this is the preferred seasoning is the Teriyaki flavor I use. I can spend an afternoon and quickly turn 5-10lbs of ground beef into tender moist jerky filling up 2, 1 gal freezer bags. Whenever I bought a half a beef I usually would have so many packages of ground beef that I was almost giving it away. Not anymore.
