Stepped in the scale this morning and literally said, “Holy Fu**!” LOL Started at 297 in January of 2020 at my first surgeons appointment. Surgery weight October 26th, 2020 was 280. I have my 6 month post op on Thursday. Hope they’re as happy as I am with my progress!! Biggest struggle: energy and exercise Best reminder: One day at a time, and you can’t change what happened yesterday Ultimate goal: keep proving to myself that I’m stronger than I think and worth all of it!
