I'm 5.5 months post op and I'd say it's a small portion now. Think of a typical frozen diet meal like a Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice. I'm able to finish one of those but I'm FULL afterward so I try to leave a few bites. 6 months ago, I literally could have eaten 4 of those in a sitting and been ready for dessert or going for a snack an hour later. That's my experience anyway.
Yeah right now say for example if I made myself some cooked carrots I will eat 2 maybe 3 before i am super full and I'd be full for hours
Yes, it took months to get to this point. I should clarify, I had RNY, not the sleeve so my experience could be a little different but I'm sure it's similar.

I had the RNY also, around 4 months ago, and I find it also depends on texture. For instance I can eat a whole FAGE Greek yogurt or drink a whole cup of soup, but I can only eat 1/2 cup of chili.
