Hey all, just checking in with good news. On the scale side, I am hanging tight at 235 lbs, down 113 lbs from my high of 348 pre-vsg!
However, my non-scale victory is that I had a new sleep study on June 1, and my sleep apnea diagnosis has been reversed! In addition to sleeping better because I don't stop breathing 20 times an hour, I will also sleep better knowing that the cost of my life insurance literally just dropped 50% with sleep apnea removed from my diagnosis!
Surgery was the greatest decision of my life!
