Hit one at 3 weeks, hitting another one now at 6 weeks. Not complaining I have lost 35 pounds so far, it’s just frustrating. Anyone hit several plateaus in their weight loss journey? I know everyone is different but just wondering what to expect.

Hey Renee - Congratulations on the 35 pounds so far!!! The body is so complicated and everyone is different but as long as you're working your program, your body will catch back up. Which surgery did you have again?

I have hit my second plateaus. I am 6 weeks post op. I hit my first plateaus at 3 weeks post op also. I am right there with you. Hopefully it won't last long. I need to start exercising more. I think that's part of my problem. Good luck

I have hit mine at 8 weeks. My problem it I can’t excise like I would like to. My knees and back just gives me the blues.
I have brought a knee and back brace to see if that will help some.

I wouldn't worry about it since you're doing what you're supposed to. Everyone's body is different. I don't weigh myself more than 1 time a month. I went a month with no change and then the very next time I weighed myself I was down 15 pounds. It's more of a nice surprise when you don't weigh too often. I am 6 months post op.
