Even before surgery I loved baby food but only the fruits and meat sticks. I see that many of them have natural sugars but are pretty high at like 20-22g with no added sugars. Have any of you tried them and if so did you get sick from all the sugar? That’s really my only worry but being that I’m a sleeve patient and not bypass I’m less likely to get sick from sugars but I’m also not trying to push it.
