Are you sure your pain isn't related to trapped C02?
As the gas tries to exit through muscle and skin, it can feel like you're being stabbed. Not stabbing pain; like being attacked by a knife.
The only cure is to move your body. Touch your toes. Stretch over and over. Roll back and forth in your bed. Take hot showers with a massager head.
It doesn't last long but it's almost unbearable. I found it best to sleep through it. Others are more proactive and go for walks.
It can't hurt to sit in the lotus and bend forward. If you can, fart like crazy.
In the event it's not gas, talk to your team.
