Back to Work; Lots of Nausea

I’m a little over 6 weeks post op and went back to work on Monday; I was surprised how nauseous I’ve become. With the exception of the first few days, I haven’t had any nausea during my journey. I can’t quite pinpoint why this is happening or the best way to counteract. Any ideas?

I am making time for meals and waiting half an hour before and after drinking water, but the timeline for doing so has changed. I feel a lot for rushed while being at work and I don’t get to spend all day in my office so there are chunks of time where I am not eating or drinking. I try to keep that under 30 mins though

I had my surgery five weeks ago tomorrow and have been experiencing lots of nausea too. It is worse when I wake in the morning and early afternoon. Most days I’m having to take nausea medicine. Hoping that this goes away soon.

I went to my nephews birthday party at my sister’s today. She’s a nurse and said that I’m most likely dehydrated and that’s causing my nausea. She brewed decaf tea and made iced tea for me with lots of ice, stevia, and lemon. I drank about 16 ounces while I was there, which was incredible because I haven’t been able to drink that much in a day. My nausea went away as I was drinking my iced tea.
