Hello everyone, I just want to tell all of you about this incredible new app I found called Baritastic. It is what I have been looking for. It helps me with tracking EVERYTHING! For example it tracks my protein, fiber, weight, meals, water and so much more. I can also journal, find Briatric recipies that are great I have already tried some. They are easy to make and most don't have a lot of ingredients. The app helps you set goals, gives you resources, connect to your program and find other groups. How wonderful is that? It has really nice features and its easy to understand. What I like the most is it shows me what I'm eating with bar graphs and pie charts so I see what I'm putting in my body vs. just journaling as you can see in the attachments. I can see what I need to be eating more or less of, I love it! I hope it helps you as much as its helping me!
I'm so happy! It also has a feature that helps you keep track of when not to drink water before and after meals. It's the best motivation I have in this journy so far. I would be a spokes person for free thats how much it is helping me. More importantly the app is totally free! ENJOY!
