Leg squats are my new thing, I have been doing them for about a month now, I am able to do 19 in thirty seconds, I use an electric toothbrush and it hesitates after 30 seconds so I start counting them again this way I know how long each segment last, I do it for two minutes each morning, the number of squats I do has increased since I first started doing this. It is a nice little workout to start the day off
