When you go to the doctor's office do you remove shoes, jewelry, glasses, etc?
This one made me laugh....

Before I had my ablation last month the nurse had me get on the scale-no biggie anymore, but she went on to tell me how she only weighs herself first thing in the morning, after she’s pooped, and naked. I was like, I relate to that LOL A long time ago I had a nurse who’d always say, “You’ve eaten and your dressed so I’ll knock off a couple pounds.” I was like yeah these clothes and breakfast really adds 50lbs to me everyday :D

I used to wear my lightest clothes to the doctor's office and always take off my shoes. I stopped doing that a while back, don't know why, just stopped. My favorite doctor's assistant told me once that men actually take more off before they get on the scale than women, typically. I thought that was funny.
