Caught a slight cold immediately after surgery. How do i navigate liquids, protein and meds?

Had surgery Wednesday October 23. Started with sinus issues, now have post nasal drip, tickle throat, cough, slight fever. Suggestions on meds and maintaining protein and liquids?
