Change of taste

I had surgery and immediately after, I noticed that all of the liquids I drank tasted differently than pre-op. It is still that way. Am I losing my mind?

I won't be able to tell, my tastebuds are way off due to cancer. Maybe it has to do with amount of liquids or dry mouth?

Good to know. I'll mention this to my surgron, but again I'm not sure if I would notice unless drastic. My salivary glands were partly destroyed due to radiation.
