Hi, if you’re pre surgery (or even after surgery) I HIGHLY recommend the cook book “the complete bariatric cookbook and meal plan” by Megan Moore, RD. It gives you protein shake recipes for the first two weeks after surgery during the “liquid” phase and they taste yummy. It also goes on for 10 weeks after surgery. So it includes “soft” foods, and “normal” bariatric diet. She discusses life before and after surgery. It has been a life savor as I’m sick of the store bought protein shakes. LOL anyway, just thought I’d share. :)
